Atherogenicity is not only low but also very unusual event in healthy subjects. Less that twenty percent of healthy donors possess atherogenic serum. Among asymptomatic atherosclerotic patients atherogenicity was found in more then senenty persent of sera. About ninety percent of atherosclerotic patients with chd had atherogenic blood serum.
