Ldl-containing circulating immune complexes were determined both in healthy subjects and in patients. The mean values of ldl-containing circulating immune complexes in healthy individuals and in patients without hemodynamic significan stenoses were similar. On the other hand in patients with one, two or three stenosed coronary arteries this parameter was significantly higher. We found a dependence between the level of immune cholesterol and degree of atherosclerosis.
