Long-term treatment by Allicor let to considerable decrease of serum atherogenicity. The effect was observed during months and years of treatment.



To estimate the effect of Allicor on atherosclerosis we have carried out double-blinded placebo-controlled clinical investigation. Intima plus media thickening in common carotid artery was measured by ultrasonography in B-mode.
