The principal question arises - what is the relationship between changes of blood atherogenicity and alterations in carotid atherosclerosis. In most cases our patients had atherogenicity at the begining. There were patients whose atherogenicity was eliminated completely, and patients whose atherogenicity was significantly reduced. This phonomenon was more frequent in allicor group.
