Deiagnostic value of immune cholesterol was compared with other lipid parameters. You can see that sensitivity and specificity of immune cholesterol was rather high. The accuracy of diagnostics with immune cholesterol was highest as compared with other parameters. So, we have developed a novel technique for effective biochemical diagnostics of atherosclerosis. We have found a correlation between determination of immune cholestrerol and atherogenicity in cell culture. Naturally measuring of immune cholesterol is simpler and cheaper technique that detemination of atherogenicity with cell culture test.
