In current study, the transcriptomeanalysis of cholesterol loaded human macrophages was performed. 

Native or modified LDL were added to the primary culture of human macrophages and incubated for 24 hours. Further, a transcriptomeanalysis was performed to find out expression of what genes changes with accumulation of lipids.
