To determine the quantity of ldl-containing circulating immune complexed we have developed a simple technique. We incubated blood serum with five percent polyethylene glycole. After centrifugation apo-b or total cholesterol were measured in sediment. This parameter was termed immune cholesterol when we determined total cholesterol in circulating immune complexes.
